STRETCHING WITHOUT HARMING

Stretching before you exercise is proven to be both good and bad. It’s good to stretch, but too much of a stretch can be harmful. There are projects that fly into my email inbox and are needed pretty quickly, then there are projects that come up months ahead of time and allow me to experiment. A few years ago, when the first Echo Conference was announced I knew I had time to plan for it and really wanted to learn something new. So… I created the promo materials in 3d using Illustrator (I didn’t know C4d at that time). I had about 4 months or so before I needed to start on a promo video and the pressure was on now that I had started a look that was pseudo 3d. Had to figure out how to put it in motion.  I was able to take some basic C4d techniques and stretch them as far as I could. Too much of a stretch could’ve been harmful (to my job) if I couldn’t deliver. ha! Fortunately, no damage was done. Here is one of the pieces that came out of that learning period. I’ve shared it on here before but now you know a bit of the back story.
